I have always enjoyed training in a gym, I have tried and enjoyed different types of training such as strength training , toning, endurance and fitness training so whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or just to improve fitness I can help you. I am also pad work qualified and have had 5 years of experience of Karate when I was younger so I can also show a different variety of pad work exercises.

Earlier on this year I took part in tough mudder which is something that I really enjoyed doing and am looking to do more, if that is something that appeals to you or are aiming to build up to then I believe I am the trainer for you.
