I’m very passionate about the gym and helping others to achieve any fitness/physique goals that they may have. I specialise in weight training to build muscle, get stronger and also lose body fat. I have been training for about 2-3 years now and have completed my level 3 personal training qualification.
I tailor my training plans specifically for the clients needs/goals and also preferences to make the whole experience enjoyable as well as rewarding. Regardless of age, gender or experience level I will help out in any way I can to ensure any goals are met.
