Hello, my name is Nathan.
Being involved in sports from a young age has allowed me to cultivate & nurture my passion for fitness. Coming from a home which really struggled with weight issues & FAD diets I was determined to break that cycle in my family so they could have a better quality of life. Training shouldn't be a chore. I am a firm believer that you don't have to sacrifice your life for the body that you want. I am a fitness & lifestyle coach with a firm drive to re-frame people's attitudes & behaviors towards food and fitness.
Firm but fair. A mantra that I live by. Having worked in the industry for over 5 years now, I've helped a variety of people achieve a range of goals such as losing fat, improving sports performance & much more. Fitness does not stop there. Through training I've seen the numerous benefits it poses both physically & mentally & how these benefits seep into other aspects of your life.
