Before qualifying as a personal trainer, I was a teacher for 8 years. I became a teacher as I love helping people & this hasn’t changed. From losing weight to building muscle & gaining confidence I am here to help you achieve your goals every step of the way.
My journey from the classroom to the gym began after a serious footballing injury which resulted in being told I wouldn’t be able to run again, let alone play the beautiful game. I was determined to overcome this & learnt what I needed to do to achieve this. The elation I felt once I was improving both physically & mentally were second to none & I knew I wanted to be able to help others in this way.
My previous career has equipped me to break down & explain the seemingly complicated world of fitness & training; if you have tried to reach your fitness goals before but weren’t able to & were bamboozled by gym jargon & fads then I can change this for you.
There isn’t a one size that fits all when it comes to training & this is the same when it comes to motivation, I adapt my approach based on what works for you personally.
