During her own journey, she managed to transform her own body composition and improve her health, through educating herself on nutrition, taking a holistic approach by creating and implementing this into her everyday lifestyle. With her own training regime, she explored different training styles, specialising in female bodybuilding , boxing and endurance training.
With this in mind she embarked on helping others get started on their journey.
