Hi I’m Nadine
My experience and passion comes from my own personal journey. I struggled with my weight my whole life, which led to me being dangerously overweight. After having my children, I decided the time was right to do something about it. Now, some will say I took the ‘easy’ way out by having gastric bypass surgery however I have had to change everything about my life and how I lived! I have had to develop new relationships with food and start to exercise!
As I increased my knowledge, my experience in the gym and improved my health, I fell in love with fitness – Not something 25+ stone Nadine thought would ever happen! As my kids started school it was time for a new career and naturally, I took my passion for fitness as the way to go!
So, here I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer ready to use my skills, knowledge and experience to help you face the challenges you have in front of you. Whether you want to lose weight, build confidence in the gym, or reach that goal you have set, I’m here to help.
I’m a firm believer that everyone should feel comfortable and confident in the gym and I’m here to get you there.
