Molly Risker

I've been working as a trainer for four years. I've worked with various clients, all of them having a range of goals that I've helped them achieve. 

My main priority with clients is to help them build confidence in themselves and in the gym. I hope to provide them with the knowledge that even when I'm not there, they can have the self-confidence to train. 

I have always said that exercise should be something you love doing and my other aim is to help clients find this.
