You’ll often see me training in lots of different styles in the gym. Please don’t let my grumpy workout face put you off coming to chat to me, I promise I don’t bite :) My own fitness journey stemmed from finding ways to support my mental health and overcome disordered eating. What I found along the way was that not only did my brain feel better for training but so did my joints, and my fatigue.
