My fitness journey began during the lockdown due to the C word and since then I’ve not looked back. Through training I have not only bettered myself physically but put myself in a better mental and emotional place.
I have immersed myself in learning by travelling to several gyms to be mentored in new training styles and regimes to improve myself via theory and first hand practice. In this journey of self improvement, I have gained the wisdom and knowledge to pass on what I have found to the people I train and the people I train with. If you’re reading this then you can be a part of that too!
I have learnt that going to the gym shouldn't be a burden to you. Nutrition shouldn’t make you worry. Everyone is unique and has different goals and starting places, so the approach should be adaptable for you. Your specific circumstances and ambitions will be the guide when creating training routines and schedules. This ensures that you can stick to them and achieve continued growth.
I'll show you the proper form, inform you about nutrition, and most importantly, assist you in putting this knowledge to use. I'm here to help you if you need extra motivation, direction, or a sense of accountability both in and out of the gym.
