My name is Mitch Young, founder of Youngens Complete wellbeing.
Helping people lose weight and have a better quality of life is a passion I have longed to fulfil.
I have always had a passion for fitness and helping people. I used to do Spartan 300 workouts with my PT when I was 16. I was always inquisitive of how I could get into the industry.
My favourite piece of kit to use is the Sled, a versatile piece of kit, that is both good for cardio and resistance training.
I have an array of qualifications to help me make your session more versatile and energised to keep you going towards your goals and not hit a plateau.
My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you have a better quality of life, bringing an “out side the box” approach to your tailored training and be more than just someone who stands beside a treadmill while you walk on there for an hour.
