As a child if someone had of told me I was going to grow up and be a Personal Trainer, I would of laughed straight in their face.. As a morbidly obese teenager, my least favourite activities were anything that involved physical fitness. Whether I had to run a mile or kick a ball my answer was always a stern no. 

At the age of 16 I decided completely on a whim that I was going to lose weight, not just some weight, all of the weight. I came across a weightlifter on social media and was inspired by the confident and strong women that covered my feed and I decided that was what I wanted to be. I joined the gym the next day and set out on my mission to lose 8 stone . After just over a year of dedicating my life to this mission, I came out it as exactly who I wanted to be; a strong, confident and healthy women with a new exciting life ahead of her.

I want to be able to share my experiences with others and help you to gain strength, confidence, and ambition too be whoever it is you want to be. Whether you want to lose weight or gain it, whether you are old or young, male or female, I want to help you make the most of the life you have by looking after your body that keeps you.
