I'm Mike and I have over 30 years' experience helping people achieve their goals.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer so I could pass on my training, wisdom and wealth of knowledge to all of those who want it. I have always spent lots of time in the gym environment working on my own training so it made perfect sense for me to do what I love full time.
I have helped people achieve a wide variety of goals over the years. From weight gain, weight loss, building strength and muscle and much more. One of my main passions is boxing so if you ever need any advice, help or want to do explore this side of training please let me know.
