I have always been fascinated by all things fitness especially when I started playing rugby at young age. Rugby, bodybuilding and going to the gym fanned into flame my love for health and fitness, a fire that drives me to give back and help others.

My main objective as a fitness professional is to guarantee you the achievement of meaningful results. I strongly believe that exercise is a powerful resource that can help tackle several issues that life throws our way daily from reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, sarcopenia, sedentary behaviour, mental health etc.

We all have unique exercise journeys with various goals however one principle stays constant that is we either use it or lose it when it comes to keeping fit. Whether you are looking to reduce visceral fat, excess body fat, bulk up, tone up, stay in shape, get stronger, break barriers, transform your body, or prepare for a competition/season, I am committed to helping you and providing you with the necessary guidance to reach your targets.
