Hellooo!! I'm Mia, and my fitness journey began in 2017. Sports and Fitness are my passion, and exercise is my constant motivation, an element that remains unchanged with every move in my life. I've conquered challenges – weight loss, overcoming an eating disorder, gaining muscle, boosting endurance, and skyrocketing strength. Training with me means experiencing positive transformations inside and outside of the gym.
