I’ve been there; stuck doing cardio because I was too intimidated by the machines and free weights area.
3 years later, I have turned my passion for fitness into my career, building a community of stronger, happier and healthier women.
My aim is to help educate and empower women who are new to weightlifting, and to support and develop those who already have gym experience, looking to hit new PB's and set new goals.
