My passion for health, fitness and as an experienced marathon runner I have the ideal skill set to get you to achieve your goals. Dancing and strength training has taught me all about the importance of technique, discipline and nutrition.

I too have had my difficulties and struggles through life where it’s been all or nothing, struggling with balance and consistency so I can totally relate and can help you overcome these challenges. I will help you stay driven and committed whilst still living a happy, balanced life.
