I have nearly a decade of experience as a PT, which I have supplemented with skills gained from my Psychology BSc, Sports Therapy, teaching Jiu Jitsu and extensive reading on nutrition.
I’ve always got time for people who ask for help, achieving your goals now, and providing you with knowledge and skills to last a lifetime! I have trained all kinds of people; working mums, people with disabilities, professional MMA fighters, older adults, brides-to-be and many more.
In addition to PT, I provide Sports Massage Therapy which can help with muscle soreness, tightness, recovery, injury prevention and posture.
