Hey, I'm Marlon.
Sports and fitness have always been a big part of my life, as I used to play football, basketball and athletics. I used to find it hard to train always having obstacles in my way, but then I stopped making excuses and got straight to it!
I like to train hard, in a clean and safe environment. Giving my clients 110% whether it be motivation or just ensuring you have all the support you need. Fitness is a journey, with a never-ending destination. But having fun whilst working out is something I think most people would enjoy and getting the results you want is what I'm here for.
As your Personal Trainer I will ensure you get specific programmes to suit your needs, and will make every session challenging, enjoyable and goal targeted.
