My name is Mark,

I’m a level 3 Personal Trainer. I have a level 4 Award in Strength and Conditioning. This qualification has given me knowledge in Programming, Functional Assessments, Strength and Conditioning Fundamentals, Olympic Weightlifting and Performance Movement.

It is important to understand the science of training, this allows us to better understand which exercise can be effective.

I specialise in Cardiovascular Exercise, Weight Loss and Strength and Conditioning. My interest is running, and I enjoy cardiovascular, strength and power training.
