Marc Pedler
I have been active and involved in sports all my life. From gymnastics, judo, athletics, BMX, motocross and mountain biking – I have always wanted to keep myself in good shape and great health.
It was only after having an accident at work in a previous career, followed by a long and arduous rehabilitation, that I realised how important physical wellbeing really is. The difficulties of regaining fitness can be overwhelming and daunting without the proper guidance. I wanted to take my knowledge and experience of both the good and bad parts of physical challenges to help others with their own goals and/or hurdles, whatever they may be.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness, looking at lifestyle, nutrition and wellbeing together, to achieve a healthy body which can aid a healthy mind. I offer both general and bespoke fitness programmes, tailored to meet your needs and fit in around your work/life balance.
Those who have trained with me know my programmes are challenging but achievable and, most important of all, they are enjoyable! With a varied training method including HIIT, Calisthenics, Cross-Fit and Tabata, there will be no room for boredom or monotony in your workout. We’ll work hard but we’ll have fun while we work.
