Hi I’m Luke,
I got into the gym and fitness at around the age of 18 in 2012, I quickly got hooked with the lifestyle and decided in 2020 after lockdown I no longer wanted to work in office environments and wanted to help others become more active and confident with my help.
I decided to start studying in Scotland after I moved here and after 3 years achieved my HND in health fitness and exercise, which allowed me to become a qualified personal trainer.
My aim for my clients is to create bespoke training and nutrition plans to help them achieve which ever personal goals they desire to reach, wether it’s fat loss, increased muscle mass and strength or just overall confidence within your own body or on the gym floor, I am here to help you to achieve said goals and more!
