Luke Dunning

I decided to get into health and fitness over 10 years ago whilst at University. Over this time I have tried a multitude of different exercise methods and dieting phases, allowing me to see what is just a ‘trend’ and what will actually allow YOU to get the best results possible.


My main audience is busy people (30-50’s) that have tried ‘everything’ in regards to weight loss. I can relate to you with this. It is sometimes hard to find the time and motivation to exercise, change your eating habits and actually find that light at the end of the tunnel. But trust me, YOU can lose as much weight as possible and gain confidence, and the correct knowledge to use in and outside of the gym.


I chose to work at PureGym as there is freedom that comes from working here. PureGym supports us as a trainer, so we can provide the best service for clients and members alike and make a change in all areas of life, not just in fitness.


There is no one size fits all with fitness, everybody is different and needs a unique and realistic way of exercising that fits their busy life.
