Hello, im Lukas.

 

I moved to Manchester with a dream to help other people to achieve their goals and to become the best versions of themselves. I was introduced to fitness when I was 15 years old. Weight training helped me to gain healthy confidence and got me through a lot of mental and physical health issues. I fell in love with the industry so much, that I started competing in powerlifting, which gave me plenty of knowledge and experience that I can teach others and help people to avoid any mistakes that beginners, or even some advanced gym goers might do.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new in gym, or experienced who just needs a little push, I am more than happy to help you get those results you’re working on. I always priorities proper form and focus on recovery, so you can prevent any injuries and feel good about yourself.
