If you're a woman between the age of 20-35 looking to make a fitness and lifestyle change, then I'm the Personal Trainer for you. 

Five years ago, if you told me I would become a PT I would have laughed at you. However since having one myself, I have developed a love and passion I didn't know I had.

From my own sessions my confidence has grown, and I would like to help guide you to become a better you, the same way that happened with me. I enjoy weight training mixed with high intensity interval training so I have a clear understanding of how to make sessions varied and fun. 

Helping you lose weight and gain confidence in yourself is what I thrive on. If you're new to the gym or not getting the results you want, then I'm here to help. I will create Personal Training programmes specifically set to your needs and goals. 

Exercise should be an enjoyable experience and I am here to help you every step of the way.
