Lucy Carpenter
I became a PT almost 7 years ago after finding a passion for fitness and weight lifting. As a child and teenager I played a lot of sports and was active on a daily basis. However when I went to university my physical activity reduced significantly and I gained weight. Eventually after finishing university and travelling a bit of the world my brother convinced me to join the boxing club he attended. After a month or 2 of boxing he had got me in the gym weight lifting with him. Within a few short months I was stronger and fitter than I had been in years. I had built a routine and consistency with the gym and discovered my passion.
The passion I discovered was to help others become the best version of themselves and to find an enjoyment in movement.
I would love to help as many people as I can to overcome the fears of the gym they may have, and to change their mindset on their bodies. I am here to show you how incredible your body is, and how much it can and will do for you.
