I'm one of the Personal Trainers here at PureGym. I'm also an active martial artist and regularly train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA as well as strength and conditioning. I've been involved in the health and fitness industry for a number of years and have a huge passion for it. I believe that a positive mindset along with hard work and determination can help you achieve any goal you set yourself.
I am experienced in a wide array of training systems and like to be specific with each individual. What might work with one person may not work with another so it's very important to adapt to you.
Whether you’re training for losing weight, muscular strength and size, rehabilitating an old injury or want to improve your cardio whilst learning boxing/kickboxing it can all be achieved with me.
