Before I started weightlifting, I struggled in a lot of different areas in my life. My body image was always something that had bothered me from an early age, and I had trouble with my confidence and my overall mood. One day, when I was 16, I looked in the mirror and decided it was time to make a change.

 

Once I got over my initial anxiety from being a beginner at the gym, I became obsessed, and continue to grow more impassioned with lifting every day. Attending the gym has helped me boost my mood, improve my body image, allowed me to meet amazing new people, and encourages me to constantly be learning new information. On top of all that, through all the sweat, it has been nothing but FUN! I want to share these amazing experiences with other people, and it is for this reason that I became a personal trainer.

I know how hard it is to start. I know how easy it can be to get bogged down in the finer details of which exercises are best, or how you should manage your diet. How confusing and intimidating it can all seem. But you don’t have to feel that way. That’s why I’m here. To empower you on your journey. Let’s crush your goals and achieve your best self together!
