I started my journey a little while back, I wasn't particularly happy with the way I looked, being on a slimmer side, feeling unhealthy. That's when I decided to change that around! I began weight training and working on my diet for well over a year and was able to put on 10Kf of pure muscle on! Initially I believed I couldn't gain weight due to my high metabolism however I was wrong! As I was able to build a good amount of muscle mass and so can you! That's where my passion for fitness comes from., therefore I would love to help other individuals build muscle and we as strength. That's being said I'm not limited top just one area, I also support clients to cut body fat, lose weight, lean bulking and nutritional advice to support clients with their specific goal!
