Having taken part in many sports throughout my childhood, from hockey, athletics, skiing, and tennis, health and fitness has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I made the easy decision to leave my corporate job to pursue my passion to help people with their goals.
I am a keen runner and can develop programmes for you to help with interval training, 5km and 10km to marathons. I like to combine strength work with high intensity that is tailored to your specific goal or sport. This combination of functional fitness will leave you feeling strong - and sweaty - after every session.
