Hi I’m Louise…
I have always been passionate about health and fitness, having competed in swimming and running competitions from a young age. I initially joined the gym to try and improve my performance in those sports, although at first I found the gym to be a very intimidating place and I wasn’t really sure where to start.
Over the years, I have developed a wealth of knowledge and a passion for lifting heavy weights. This has led me to competing and winning regional powerlifting competitions!
Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle while getting seriously strong and gaining the confidence to train with the free weights, I will design a personalized workout programme alongside nutritional support and guidance to help you get there!
