Louis Noriega

I started exercising as a way to escape everyday life. I trained day and night to help change the man looking back at me in the mirror. After some time I turned to the internet to see what I could do to further improve myself mentally and physically. I decided to become a personal trainer to learn the necessary skills to improve myself and help others along their self-improvement journey.

Now I am a fully qualified and insured Level 3 Personal Trainer. I enjoy helping people to progress forward in their fitness and mind-set.

Any gym can be a daunting place, but I can show you otherwise. A gym can become your happy place - a place to make that difference.

I personally prefer training to build both power and endurance; along with a focus on metabolic training and HIT ( High Intensity Training).

In my personal time I enjoy going on hikes and looking for new challenges. This year I aim to do a couple of fundraising running events and a Hyrox.
