If you want to lose weight, gain strength, overcome an injury or just get fitter I can support you. I enjoy combining latest techniques with proven training methods to help my clients achieve the results they want.

 

I had to get myself in shape so I can relate to people struggling with weight loss and poor body image. For me, training should always be light hearted and fun. I want to pass on my experience to you, help you reach your goals and change your life without the shouting, guilt and intimidation. Lycra is optional.
