Health and fitness has played a massive role in my life from a young age.
From playing football semi-professionally, to training in the gym as well as studying a sports rehabilitation degree and becoming a personal trainer.
I have a lot of experience and knowledge that I can’t wait to share to help you smash your goals. Training at the gym and looking after your physical and mental health by creating a positive relationship with strength training and fitness shouldn’t seem like a chore it should be exciting and enjoyable.
It should be a great journey and it is my passion to help men and women break through self-imposed limitations they have put on their health and fitness.
