Growing up, I was involved in a number of sports from gymnastics to football, before focusing on weight training. This has helped me become stronger physically and mentally. Within my own fitness journey, I've overcame several obstacles. I understand how frustrating it can be to change habits but I also know how great it feels to accomplish things you didn't think you could.
I am here to be as much of a cheerleader as you need me to be whether its in the gym, or in everyday life. No matter what your goal is, weight loss, building muscle or just wanting to be the best version of you.
