As an ex Parachute Regiment soldier, I am no stranger to intense fitness. My own personal fitness journey started with cardio and progressed to muscle building.
Through personal experience of ups and downs both physically and mentally, I can relate to any and all goals. I am looking forward to working to build the best version of you! There is no better feeling as a personal trainer than seeing peoples confidence grow and goals get smashed.
