Hello kind, hard working individual,
My name is Liam and I started my fitness journey in 2013, I have never looked back since!
I studied Sport and Exercise Science at MMU Cheshire which was also where I found my love for the gym and fitness in general. After the first year I had gained so much experience and knowledge that I put it to the test on myself and my personal goals. My aim was to be a bodybuilder and through hard work and commitment I achieved that image. During my dissertation I was fortunate enough to focus my study on how nutrition and resistance training will influence client goals.
Now however, physical fitness, heart health and looking the part are my key influences and goals.
I also have a little boy called August who means the absolute most to me and yes, he does do press ups.
My hobbies include, working out, music and enjoy peoples company in and outside of the gym.
