Now that I have your attention - hi! I’m Lee. I have worked within the fitness industry for over 8 years now, both as a manager and a fully qualified personal trainer. If you had told that to my younger self, I would have laughed in your face.
After really struggling with my weight through my teenage years, I wanted to try and make a change. I bounced between different diets and different training styles and it got me nowhere, only tired and frustrated. Sound familiar?
I knew there were people out there who felt the same, and so I wanted to further my knowledge and help the people who were trying everything and getting nowhere – just like I had been.
I now support hard-working people in gaining confidence in the gym, in their bodies and in their day-to-day life. Whether you are brand new to the gym or have been doing this for years, want to put on muscle or lose weight, I want to help make this as easy and enjoyable for you as possible.
