Lee Millard
I'm a highly professional Personal Trainer with a wealth of experience both as a trainer and sportsman in many disciplines. Over my 20 years' of involvement in sports I've played rugby and competed in many running, cycling and paddleboarding events as well as endurance events such as the Fan Dance and Ten Y Fan 24hr challenge. I hold a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo and spent years as an instructor.
I've been lucky to train hundreds of clients over the years ranging from total beginners, experienced sports people looking to push to the next level and elite athletes including an Olympic bronze medallist.
My work with a diverse range of clients has allowed me to build a huge amount of experience and knowledge that I can use to provide an individual approach to each and every person.
I'm not a ‘PT Salesman’ looking to make a quick buck with lots of new clients. I’ve built a business over years based on high client retention through the fun but professional care and dedication I give to each individual and their goals. As part of your training you will receive custom designed gym sessions, nutritional advice, a training plan and any additional support required to get you to your goal.
I'm able to help you with weight loss, body transformation, strength training, injury rehabilitation, event preparation or simply to provide a fun and motivating workout.
If you would like to book in for a free no-obligation taster session including consultation then please contact me.
