Health and fitness has always been my biggest passion in life and I've always taken that very seriously.
Being involved in sports and fitness from a very early age, I know what it takes to stay active and in shape at all times. Playing football semi-professionally and running the 100m dash for Manchester are just some of my earlier accomplishments.
My aim is to not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also give you the tools to be able to train and look after yourself outside of the gym sessions.
I am always happy to offer a taster session for anyone and if you spot me on the gym floor feel free to ask me any questions regarding fitness and I will be happy to help!
