I’ve got a great love for personal training, bodybuilding and strength training, but you’ll often catch me dancing on the gym floor too (Aspiring dancer at heart🤧).
Whether your goals are to lose body fat and “tone up”, build muscle and strength, or simply to build confidence within yourself and within the gym, I’ll be there to guide you throughout your journey. I know how it feels to be lost amongst those dumbbells!
