As a professional basket ball player in France, fitness has always been a key component in my life but due to a major injury, I had to reinvest that time and passion into something new which led me to personal training.
From my background in basketball, strength & conditioning is an area that I excel in and can be used to tailor training plans and sessions to meet sport specific needs and performance goals as well your general fitness goals.
As a mum to an amazing little boy, I know the struggles that come with training pre and post natal as well as dealing with the tight time schedule that comes with looking after a little one. That never stopped me from pursuing my fitness goals and it doesn't have to stop you either and together we create the perfect balance of fitness and family life!
