I have over 10 years experience in health and fitness which originally stemmed from martial arts, more specifically Tae Kwon Do and Judo in which I was awarded a black belt in each. My love for martial arts and fitness further developed when I began coaching my own group and 1-2-1 sessions in Muay Thai, after several years of learning, mastering and even competing in the sport in Thailand; which really sparked my passion and dedication to helping others get fit and healthy.
My expertise have now progressed into traditional strength training, strength and conditioning, as well as more functional approaches, to help with posture, core and mobility. These experiences have given me the knowledge to be able to share my expertise and create specific programs for a variety of clients, with a range of different goals; from reducing body fat and losing weight, to gaining muscle mass and toning up.
By creating bespoke training and nutrition programmes to fit into your day-to-day life, I am able push my clients to get the most out of your training and achieve your goals, regardless of your age, experience or capability.
