Lauren Winship

My passion for fitness started from always struggling to put on weight. I would spend my days eating processed, calorific foods to try and gain weight, Throughout school I struggled with people constantly commenting on how skinny I was, and this in turn took my mental health to an all time low. I decided to try strength training, as I felt frail and weak. Suddenly I felt stronger, and more confident. I was eating calorific but nutritious foods, I felt more energetic and I felt like the best version of myself. Getting into the gym saved me mentally and physically. 

 

I wasn't to help others achieve their fitness goals, and as a result l feel like the best version of themselves. I want to help others fall in love with fitness and make it a lifestyle. I want to help people feel happier, healthier and more confident in themselves. 

I offer a range of options for 1-2-1 training, as well as online coaching or hybrid coaching (a mix of both) -so there's always a package to fit you and your lifestyle.
