Lauren Riley
I started my fitness journey around 18 years old, at the time I had no idea what I should train or what I should eat to support my training.
My training then changed when I became a midwife, and I was working long hours. I then had a child myself and I had to adapt how and when I could train around family life.
I began to educate myself more and more about training and diet, I studied and learnt and began to enjoy learning so much about fitness. I found myself in a place where I had a great amount of knowledge and my personal journey had reached a good point where I was healthy, fit, and strong and I was happy and confident with how I looked and felt.
I decided I wanted to bring my experience and knowledge to help other people with their own fitness journey and so I qualified as a personal trainer with the aim of helping others reach their goals, gain confidence and knowledge to train effectively and efficiently outside of their one-to-one training sessions.
