Hello, I'm Laura!
I’m a Personal Trainer here at Pure Gym, specialising in sustainable weight loss and helping you to build a strong, healthy body. I started my career in fitness by teaching group exercise classes. I soon discovered that I was passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness goals in particular, helping people to lose weight in a healthy way. I’ve experienced the struggle of yo yo dieting myself. I understand the frustration of trying every diet on the market, having to cut out all of your favourite foods and then regaining any weight that you manage to lose. Now I’ve broken the cycle of dieting, and I want to help you to do the same.
As a Personal Trainer, I will work with you to find types of exercise and create nutrition habits to reach your goals, whilst enjoying your lifestyle and never having to over restrict food.
