Hi, I’m Laura, I began my fitness journey at a young age. I did more than seven years gymnastics and three years of taekwondo. I always looked after my mental and physical well-being through fitness, and I wanted to help people do the same; today, I am a fully qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer.
