I have been a personal trainer actively working in the industry for over 7 years.
I have been through my own journey of weight loss and building up my strength and fitness. Admittedly trying a lot of fad diets along the way! I finally found my passion when I started weight training and eating a good nutritious diet, so I am now here to help you find your passion and what will work for you!
I coach all of my clients, even group clients, as individuals as you need to find what works for you and your lifestyle. One style does not fit all!
I train male and female clients, with any goal, if that goal is unknown I will help you discover it!
I do however, specialise in female only group training, a way of making personal training more affordable, but also to help women feel confident in the gym whilst making great connections with like minded people!
I have a beautiful little girl and we love time outdoors especially walking and running.
