Kristian Podmore

The gym has been a huge part of my life since I was 17 years old and first stepped into the college gym.  Like many of us, it’s been on and off due to a work life balance, but over the years, one thing I’ve realized is that I enjoyed my time the most when the gym was a part of my life. This is the most important reason of why I became a personal trainer – It’s the one thing that’s always made me happy and feel good about myself, and this is what I want for you.

Over the years I have gone through various stages of fitness, mostly due to working every hour under the sun as a mechanic.  I have had excessive weight gain and went through a weight loss stage of where I lost about 3 stone in 8 months.  I know what it’s like to struggle with your fitness and body goals, but also how to hit your targets and succeed.  If you’re on your first path to fitness, or on the 100th time of trying, I want to be there for you so you can succeed without the struggle.

I’m at my happiest when I’ve got some weights in my hands….moving those heavy metal circles up and down brings me so much joy!!  I know I’m not the only person to feel this way, and I want you to discover this too.  I can help you learn the skills you need to progress with your own lifting, so these circles of joy are something that make you happy too!
