I've always been into fitness l've competed in taekwondo, kickboxing, ladies boxing and long-distance running events.

I was too nervous to join a gym I felt I wasn't knowledgeable or confident enough to go, until one day I plucked up the courage and not looked back since. I have been consistently training resistance (weight training) for 18 months now I wished I'd done it years ago it's helped me build my confidence and helped strengthen my muscles.

I want to help you build confidence in yourself and help you reach your fitness goals if I can do it then so can you.
