i've always been involved in sports growing up but football has always been my main sport. I started using the gym to help build my strength up to help me compete with others around me.

I've always been passionate about sport and fitness and always been fascinated with the science behind the sports and exercise. I became a personal trainer because I wanted help improve people's fitness and motivate people to be the best version of themselves.

I am a hard-working trainer and my goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals whether you're looking to lose fat, increase your strength or building muscle, I am here and happy to help. Anything I don’t know now I will research and get back to you with an answer.
